As a vital member of our team, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in legal roles associated with construction and engineering. You will provide vital legal advice throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with wide-ranging contractual obligations. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key.
Key Responsibilities: • Review and negotiate contracts in infrastructure and professional services • Advise on legal risks and support bid submissions • Assist in managing disputes and claims,
collaborating with external counselors • Develop risk management strategies for project delivery • Ensure effective communication with partners and stakeholders
Requirements: • 3 to 6 years of experience in construction or engineering law • Licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, or another province • Understanding of alternative delivery models in construction projects • Experience with claims and dispute resolution processes • Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
