- Advise on leases and real estate contracts.
- Develop strategies with external counsel for legal proceedings. Requirements:
- Law degree (JD or LL.B.) and active provincial license.
- 5-10 years of legal experience in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and compliance advice.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
