Your experience, ideally 3-5 years, will be leveraged to ensure effective risk management and to mentor staff. You will be essential in upholding the organization's tenant-focused culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on procurement and construction
- Draft, review, and negotiate essential contracts
- Support project teams and internal stakeholders
- Conduct research on legal requirements and policy development
- Educate staff on compliance and contract management Requirements:
- Must have an Ontario law license in good standing
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate/commercial law
- Strong understanding of construction-related legislation
- Proven ability in drafting and negotiation
