Day shift – 5:00A – 1:30P What we have to offer $42.45 /hour to start - $43.45 /hour after probation (3 months) Annual Increases based on Collective Bargaining Agreement

Pension plan after probation (3 months) Main Duties: Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Perform preventative, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems

Maintain and service production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime

Install, modify, and commission new equipment and machinery

Perform precision maintenance tasks, including alignment, fitting, and equipment rebuilds

Conduct welding and fabrication work, including TIG welding as required

Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced workplace





Complete work orders and maintenance records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Track parts usage, inventory, and labour associated with maintenance activities

Follow verbal and written work instructions and implement corrective actions as required

Collaborate effectively with production personnel, maintenance team members, and contractors.

Other duties as required Equipment and Systems Experience:

Experience maintaining and repairing the following equipment is considered an asset: Conveyors and material handling systems

Pumps and motors

Grinders and processing equipment

Packaging machinery

Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Fans and blowers

Welding and fabrication equipment

Industrial power tools and maintenance equipment Requirements: Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification

Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright in a manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Must be able to communicate effectively in English Preferred: Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or other regulated production environments

TIG welding experience

Experience with CMMS software and maintenance documentation systems #HUM
