Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our agile food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food quality and customer service. The Kitchen Team Member will support meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Duties

- Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to recipes and standards
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during food handling
- Support cooking processes, including basic cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers following safety guidelines
- Serve food to customers or assist in serving areas when required
- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods

Qualifications





- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation is advantageous
- Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen equipment
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
- Food industry experience or background in food safety is a plus
