We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients

- Cook menu items with consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety guidelines

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies

- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks

- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations





- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting

- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards

- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a lively kitchen environment

- Basic serving skills are a plus, along with familiarity with meal preparation and food industry standards

- Commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
