Come help build the future, where our work makes the world work! Loader Operator Green Valley, ON Summary Reporting into the Operations team , the Loader Operator is responsible for operating equipment in a safety sensitive construction environment.

Primary Scope Of Role

- Operation of Loader to load haul trucks, assist with crushing and other aggregate processing activities, loading/unloading construction materials on trailers and other various duties.
- Operate weigh scale and computer and print weigh tickets.
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
- Follow safe working procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment.

Position Requirements

- Must be able to operate a large wheel loader in a safe and efficient manner.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to adapt and adjust to various other assignments as requested by the Supervisor.
- Valid Driver’s License and clear driver's abstract is preferred.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays or night shifts as needed.
- Results-driven with an ability to deliver success in a fast-paced workplace.
- Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyse and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.
- Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives.
