The successful candidate can be based at any of Dillon's offices across Canada.ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership, Headhunting & Recruitment DeliveryPartner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and deliver a high-quality, customer-centric recruitment experienceAct as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic recommendations to support hiring decisionsMaintain consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and alignment throughout the hiring processLead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles with emphasis on proactive headhunting and engaging passive talentDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and convert high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needsScreen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements, team needs, and organizational alignment before advancing to interview stagesCoordinate and support interviews, provide structured feedback, and guide hiring teams through selection decisionsManage offer development, presentation, and negotiation to successfully close candidatesLeverage AI and recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall process efficiencyContinuously explore and adopt new tools and technologies to improve candidate identification and engagementUse existing applicant tracking system and metrics to track performance, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvementChampion Dillon’s employer brand through a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experienceProvide ongoing insights on talent trends, competitor activity, and hiring challenges to inform workforce planning and strategyLearning & DevelopmentA commitment to self-development, ongoing learning, and professional developmentInput to the career development of junior staff, through on-the-job training and mentoringQualificationsPost–secondary degree and/or diploma in a human resources program, or related fieldRPR,



or HR designation (completed or in progress), is considered an assetFive (5) or more years’ recruiting experience, ideally in a technical recruiting functionProficiency in G‑Suite is considered an assetExperienceDemonstrated experience and success in simultaneously managing several recruiting initiatives, each potentially at different stages in the recruitment processHigh customer focus and business acumen, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholdersWorking effectively within a team-oriented and dynamic team of talent acquisition and human resources professionalsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and be well organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑focusedA proven track record in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismEffective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsCompensation$76,000 - $98,000At Dillon, we believe in transparency. The following salary range is what we expect to offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region.
