We're working with our client to hire a permanent Logistics Analyst for their team.

Responsibilities - Managing the 3PL - reviewing performance, handling shipping issues, tracking KPIs, conducting warehouse reviews

- Monitoring KPIs - OTD,



fill rate, costs, productivity
- Handling customer escalations
- Inventory management - reviewing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies
- Continuous improvement initiatives Requirements - 5+ years of warehousing operations and logistics
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or similar field
- Advanced Excel skills
- 3PL management experience highly preferred
- Any experience with SAP, Oracle, and Power BI will be an asset
