Your primary focus will be on executing M&A; processes from target qualification to closing, developing a robust M&A; team, and fostering relationships with acquisition targets. - Support the President and lead M&A; execution team
- Recruit and develop junior M&A; professionals
- Qualify acquisition targets through discussions and assessments




- Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies' performance
- Build financial models determining valuations for acquisitions Requirements:
- 5+ years in M&A;, preferably in finance or private equity
