Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections of outside areas, plumbing, and building infrastructure to identify potential issues early.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, fixtures, doors, windows, and other facility components to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist with setup and teardown for events or special projects within the facility.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.




- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or installations are required.

Experience

- Proven experience in building maintenance, repair work, or a similar hands-on role.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general carpentry is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and own vechicle is required
- Must be able to obtain criminal record check

Pay: From $21.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
