About the role

We manage a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Hamilton and area. We're hiring a dependable contractor to handle daily exterior cleaning and site upkeep. The schedule is light and consistent, making it well-suited to someone looking for a steady part-time routine and extra income while working independently.

Responsibilities

- Clean building exteriors, entrances, terraces, parking areas, and garbage enclosures
- Remove litter, cigarette ends, and general debris
- Return stray garbage to bins; document and report overflowing bins for tenant follow-up
- Remove illegally dumped items and haul them to the appropriate disposal or transfer site
- Take timestamped before-and-after photos at each site and submit them daily




- Plan sites and dump runs efficiently so all work is completed within the daily window

Requirements

- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable truck
- Physically capable of steady manual work; strong stomach for unpleasant cleanup
- High level of reliability, honesty, and self-direction; you'll be working unsupervised, reporting daily by photo
- Knowledge of local Hamilton-area disposal and transfer sites, or willingness to learn quickly
- Solid time management; the work must fit the daily window
- Local to Hamilton
- General handyman skills an asset

What we provide: All cleaning tools and equipment. Disposal and tipping fees reimbursed against receipts.

Compensation

$25-$30 range

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 per week
