- Greet families and conduct informative facility tours
- Book classes and process financial transactions smoothly
- Respond to phone calls and emails with care
- Offer assistance in program selection tailored to each swimmer
- Keep the facility organized and prepared for activities Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communicator with a friendly demeanor
- Capable of multitasking and staying composed
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
