In this full-time role, you will manage critical mentoring programs that support youth development. Lead a dedicated team to ensure effective service delivery and develop impactful community partnerships. Your expertise will help enhance program visibility and participant experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure program alignment with agency goals and funder requirements
- Conduct program evaluations and improve services
- Mentor staff and foster a collaborative team culture
- Manage volunteer screening and training processes
- Engage with community organizations for outreach Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years in children/youth program management
- 3+ years in staff leadership and supervision
- Experience with community engagement and evaluation
