Your mission will be to implement Individualized Service Plans and assist individuals with achieving personal and professional milestones. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Rehabilitation Diploma or relevant degree preferred • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Capable of managing physical and emotional challenges • Positive attitude with coaching skills
