We are hiring a Manager-level strategy consultant to join the internal consulting team of a leading global mining / heavy industry business.

The role will focus on operations strategy, operational improvement, transformation and CapEx, working with senior business leaders across global operations. You will lead projects end-to-end, manage client relationships and coach project teams.

Ideal profile

- Current Manager or equivalent from MBB or another top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Robust project leadership, problem-solving and senior stakeholder management
- Experience in industrials, mining, resources or other asset-heavy sectors preferred
- Background in operations strategy, performance improvement, transformation or CapEx
- French preferred, but not essential for a strong candidate
- Open to relocating to Canada and ideally able to start this year
- Around 40 hours per week
- Flexibility to travel more or less depending on preference
- International exposure with greater work-life balance
- Canadian work visa and PR application support
