Are you a CPA who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with business partnership and process improvement?

We’re looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting to join a growing organization and play a key role in strengthening and scaling the finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll have broad exposure across financial reporting, accounting operations, FP&A;, tax, audit, systems, and process improvement.

In this role, you’ll:

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial information
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze performance and develop meaningful KPIs
- Support external audits and coordinate with tax advisors on Canadian and U.S. requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and financial systems
- Help optimize and scale the organization’s ERP and finance infrastructure
- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who:





- Holds a CPA designation and has 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Has strong knowledge of ASPE and Canadian accounting requirements
- Brings excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways to work
- Can confidently communicate financial insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Has experience in healthcare, technology, or another high-growth setting — an asset
- Has Big Four experience or ERP implementation experience — an asset
