- Manage financial performance of assigned residential assets
- Track and analyze annual budgets and variances
- Create business plans for asset development
- Support property management in daily operations
- Conduct regular operational assessments and site visits Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in finance-related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate
- Real estate background in multi-residential preferred
- High proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills
