Your responsibilities will span across entire transaction processes, bringing value at every stage from negotiation to post-transaction integration while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Participate actively in due diligence for various transactions
- Identify and resolve GAAP issues in target valuations
- Prepare and assess financial forecasts
- Support strategic decisions through detailed analysis
- Foster client relationships and develop new business opportunities Requirements:
- At least 8 years, with a minimum of 5 years in diligence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or similar
- CPA or equivalent is required
- Bilingual in English and French
