Your contributions will help ensure accurate record‑keeping, smooth digital transitions, and reliable support for plan members during a critical stage of the pension process. By keeping our administrative operations running efficiently, you’ll play a key role in enabling the broader team to deliver innovative, high‑quality service on engagements.Here’s HowYou’ll contribute to the team’s success by maintaining organized documentation, supporting digitization initiatives, assisting with member communications, and ensuring all administrative tasks meet internal quality and risk‑management standards.What You’ll DoScan and electronically file incoming and outgoing documents,



coordinating digitization across teamsHandle incoming and outgoing mailOrganize physical files for scanning and verify the accuracy of scanned documentsAssist in setting up client directories for scanned materialsSupport monthly asset roll‑forward reconciliations of pension fundsAssist with plan member searches and member communicationsParticipate in ad hoc special projectsProvide administrative and technical support to team membersEnsure quality control and service standards are met for all transactionsAdhere to internal risk‑management policiesYou haveCollege diploma, university degree or equivalent experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsWhat You BringSolid customer service abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suiteStrong attention to detail, initiative, and excellent organizational and analytical skillsNice to havesPrior involvement in digitization or paperless‑process initiativesBackground in fulfillment process or mailing projectsSalary Range: $40,000 - $55,000Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
