What is the Opportunity?The Copilot Studio Developer will design, build, and evolve Copilot and agentic AI solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll pair strong prompt engineering and agent development skills with excellent consulting chops—translating business needs into robust, secure agents and copilots built in Microsoft Copilot Studio, grounded in our Azure ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, data/connectors), and delivered in partnership with our platform admins and business stakeholders.While this role is primarily focused on building AI solutions on Microsoft and Azure technologies, it also offers opportunities to extend solutions across other tools and platforms (e.G., AWS, SAP Joule, ACC AI Components, and more) to meet diverse business needs.This role sits in the AI team, partnering closely with business units for requirements and adoption while leveraging centralized platform governance and infrastructure for safe, scalable delivery.What You'll Do HereDesign and implement Copilot Studio solutions (topics, plugins/connectors, actions, orchestration) with an emphasis on agentic patterns (planning, tool‑use, memory/state, and guardrails).Apply prompt engineering (instructions, grounding, evaluation) and RAG where appropriate; design content grounding and policy/guardrail strategies for reliable behaviour.Implement integrations to line‑of‑business systems and data (Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services) with appropriate authentication/authorization patterns.Run intake/discovery workshops, capture precise requirements,



and translate them into scoped backlogs, acceptance criteria, and value hypotheses.Create quick prototypes to validate feasibility and value; iterate to production readiness with clear non‑functional requirements (quality, latency, privacy, security).Ship MVPs, then own maintenance and enhancements: telemetry, testing, prompt/version control, regression checks against model updates, and ongoing improvements.Define and track outcome metrics (adoption, task success, time saved, error rate) and contribute to value realization dashboards for stakeholders.Partner with platform administrators to leverage enterprise infrastructure, policies, DLP, and cost/usage controls; you’ll consume the platform, not run it.Follow best practices for secure deployment, access, and compliance; contribute patterns andreusable components.What You Bring To The TeamHands‑on Copilot Studio build experience (or adjacent conversational/agent frameworks) with shipped pilots or production solutions.Demonstrated prompt engineering skills and evaluation practices (A/B, golden sets, offline/online testing).Strong consulting/soft skills—facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements,



translating ambiguity into crisp user stories.Working knowledge of Azure services used alongside Copilot Studio (e.G., Azure AI Foundry/Prompt Flow, Azure OpenAI, API Management, Functions/Logic Apps, storage, identity).Familiarity with data security, privacy, and responsible AI principles; ability to designsafe,permission‑aware agents.Nice To HaveExperience with Azure AI Foundry projects and Prompt Flow pipelines; M365 Graph/SharePoint/Dataverse integration patterns.Exposure to SDK‑based agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Autogen) for advanced orchestration.Power Platform familiarity, especially governance patterns for low‑code AI.SalaryThe expected pay range for this opportunity is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
