Elevate financial management at a manufacturing plant as a Controller, responsible for finance oversight and accounting accuracy. Ensure timely reporting and internal controls while supporting operations. This role is critical for managing all financial activities, including month-end closes and forecasting.

You will partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Lead the finance team and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Partner with Operations on performance metrics
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Enhance cash planning and working capital management Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Must hold a CPA or equivalent credential
- 7-10+ years in finance/accounting specifically for manufacturing
- Expertise in internal controls and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP/MRP experience Take charge of finance and enhance operational effectiveness as a strategic partner to plant leadership.
