The Market

Lead will motivate and train the Market Associates while leveraging strong product knowledge and relationships to drive guest satisfaction and sales. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and team tasks
- Collaborate with Warehouse for productive stock management
- Ensure product safety and proper disposal of waste
- Conduct product demonstrations with Events & Education
- Verify financial transactions and maintain accurate records Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
