Our Calgary-based client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives, including corporate events, trade shows, communications, and social media management across Canada and the U.S. This role supports brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and business growth through integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive marketer with strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

- Collaborate with teams to plan and execute trade shows, events, and meetings, including logistics, travel, and in office support.
- Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional assets that align with brand standards.
- Create internal and external content, including ads, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and print materials.
- Manage marketing collateral and promotional inventory, including purchasing and shipping.
- Track marketing and event budgets and expenses.
- Support sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand awareness.
- Perform other marketing, project, and administrative duties as assigned

Your strengths include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Ag Business/Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Experience coordinating and executing trade shows, conferences, or industry events within agriculture, agribusiness,



animal nutrition, feed, livestock, or a related industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, CRM, and new technologies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas
