In this role, you will lead and support the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support several programs and offerings for our existing customers. You will plan, build, and implement an annual marketing plan including outbound and inbound marketing activities to reach target audiences, drawing on expertise across content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, social media, email, print, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

This role is known internally as a Marketing Advisor.
What You Will Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns across offline and online channels, aligning initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
- Develop annual and multi-year B2B marketing plans that identify priority audiences, strategic opportunities, resource requirements, and measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives, including trade publications, event optimization, sales collateral, and targeted campaigns; evaluate performance and use results and market data to shape future strategies.
- Translate market research, business intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends into clear marketing strategies, value propositions, and effective B2B campaigns.
- Build strong relationships and work across multiple business teams, internal partners, creative agencies,
and brand and communications teams to deliver coordinated marketing plans in a large, complex organization.
Who You Are
- Related university degree and a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible marketing experience in Canada, including the development and execution of strategic B2B marketing programs, campaigns, solutions, and services.
- Led the strategy, performance, and budget management of marketing products, services, or portfolio offerings to drive business objectives.
- Accountable for a marketing portfolio including the budget
- Demonstrated success working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups in a large, complex, or regulated organization;
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial marketing capabilities, with experience creating customer-focused positioning, sales collateral, trade publication content, and event strategies that support business objectives.
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities and complex projects, influence without direct authority, and communicate clearly and concisely with business partners, senior stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business; and experience developing strategic B2B marketing programs within a large Canadian organization. Additional years of marketing experience beyond the minimum qualifications are considered an asset.
Working Conditions Office environment with Limited (<5%) travel.
Salary
- Ranges from $85,000 – $100,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
