• Handle reservation inquiries efficiently across multiple communication platforms • Input reservation details accurately into the property management system • Share information on room rates and hotel offerings • Upsell available room options to guests • Process modification and cancellation requests for reservations

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Customer service or hotel experience preferred • Familiarity with systems like HMS and SynXis is advantageous • Solid verbal and written communication in English • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
