Deliver and elevate brand activations, events and specialty leasing initiatives across The Well, ensuring each experience contributes to a dynamic and highly curated environment. As a Specialist, Activations, you will take ownership of a broad range of event and partnership initiatives, driving seamless execution, operational excellence and consistent quality across the property.ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end execution of on‑site events and activations, from concept through delivery, ensuring a high‑quality, seamless experience for visitors and partners.Identify, onboard and manage vendors, artists and brand partners that enhance The Well’s positioning as a leading destination.Coordinate all aspects of event delivery including logistics, staffing, site operations, media support and marketing integration.Track performance and engagement metrics to assess success and inform future programming.Manage multiple activations concurrently, maintaining timelines, ensuring alignment with property objectives and upholding operational standards across all events.Logistics & PlanningDevelop and review floor plans and event layouts, ensuring compliance with site policies and operational requirements.Coordinate security,
cleaning and after‑hours support to enable safe and efficient event delivery.Act as the primary liaison between property management, tenants, vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution and communication.Manage site access including deliveries, loading dock scheduling and temporary closures to minimize disruption.Build and maintain site maps, run‑of‑show documents and traffic flow plans to support both guest experience and operational efficiency.Monitor seasonal and temporary infrastructure such as patios, pop‑ups and kiosks, ensuring consistent quality and functionality.Track usage of common areas and infrastructure to identify trends, optimise planning and improve processes over time.Administration & ReportingSupport budget planning and tracking for activations, including revenue and expense accruals, ensuring financial accountability.Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant, including agreements, insurance, permits and invoicing.Draft and manage short‑term licences, vendor agreements and event‑related contracts, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.Track key milestones and deliverables across all agreements to ensure commitments are met.Respond to and resolve operational issues related to events in a timely and professional manner.Contribute to reporting and insights that support decision‑making and continuous improvement.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in events, activations or experiential marketing.Post‑secondary education in marketing, events or a related field.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced workplace.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience working with external partners, agencies or brands to deliver high‑quality activations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Acrobat.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event delivery.Would Be An AssetExperience working in a mixed‑use development, retail destination or large‑scale placemaking environment.Familiarity with commercial real estate and property operations.Experience with WordPress,
Yardi or basic analytics tools.Compensation$70,000 - $80,000 a yearAllied determines individual compensation by work location and other factors, including relevant experience, education and internal equity.Note: The listed salary range does not reflect total compensation and rewards.
