Position DescriptionClark Builders is hiring a Foreman for a large project in Vernon. The Foreman will supervise trade employees assigned to a particular construction discipline or work area.Reporting ToSuperintendentDuties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning work schedule(s) and determining and maintaining workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Clark Builders safety policies and procedures.Identify hazards and correct any unsafe conditions.Lead QA/QC checks and inspections.Lead site‑specific orientations and tailgate meetings.Draft and submit RFIs.Assume control of the site if the Superintendent is off site.Represent Clark Builders in a qualified and respectful manner.Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures.Skills and KnowledgeAbility to read drawings, plans and blueprints and communicate this information to others.Excellent communication,
