The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in the inspection industry. Key Responsibilities:



• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems in buildings • Travel across Canada for various site inspections • Review and analyze project specifications and codes • Provide technical guidance to team members • Maintain documentation and reporting accuracy

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering • At least 10 years of relevant experience • Clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Knowledge of Ontario Building Codes is a plus • Solid communication skills and attention to detail
