POSITION FUNCTION

Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for accounts receivable, utility billing, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and administrative & payroll support.

KEY DUTIES

- Administers and reconciles accounts receivable
- Provides trained relief and operations back up for other finance positions
- Monthly bank reconciliations to the general ledger
- Insurance documents for the annual fleet renewal
- Performs other related duties
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.




- Maintain composure and find solutions when dealing with difficult customers.
- Maintain sustained attention to detail in applying accounting principles and practices with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize work schedule to meet deadlines and priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- One year Business Administration Certificate or related Accounting Certificate supplemented by recognized payroll courses.

Experience

- Two years’ accounts receivable experience
- One year payroll experience
