You will play a key role in inspecting and maintaining heavy equipment while following safety protocols. The role necessitates a practical understanding of the machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment across operations
- Install and service hoisting ropes and related systems
- Conduct welding tasks as required (excluding pressure welding)
- Comply with all safety regulations in the workplace
- Operate and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems Requirements:
- Trade Certification in Millwright/Industrial Mechanic 433A (Red Seal)
- Completion of Grade 12 education or GED
- At least 4 years of industrial experience preferred
- Knowledge of machinery principles and operations preferred
