- Fit bearings and attach motors with precision
- Conduct preventive maintenance using analysis procedures
- Troubleshoot digital control systems effectively
- Perform high-quality fieldwork and follow-up
- Mentor apprentices in secure working practices Requirements:
- Journeyperson Ticket or actively in apprenticeship program
- Valid CSTS-20 Certificate
- Proven Millwright experience in industrial construction
