This full-time role focuses on assisting individuals as they navigate their post-sentence journey through compassionate advocacy and support. Reporting to the MKO PSS Coordinator, the Post Sentence Support Worker will play a vital role in helping individuals fulfill their sentence conditions.

You will serve as a primary support contact, liaising with service providers and building robust community ties while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and case plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance for successful sentence completion
- Support the reintegration into local communities
- Make referrals to necessary health services
- Maintain and report on case tracking systems
- Identify professional development opportunities Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Social Sciences preferred
- Solid understanding of Criminal Justice concepts
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Support individuals in their healing journeys with MKO by providing essential post-sentence services.
