As the municipality continues to invest in critical infrastructure and community development, water and wastewater services remain a cornerstone of public health, environmental protection, and long-term resiliency.Purpose of the RoleServe as the Overall Responsible Operator (ORO), maintaining compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, DWQMS, OHSA, and municipal standards.Provide strong operational and people leadership to water treatment staff, blending technical oversight with effective supervision.Oversee maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and system reliability across all treatment facilities.Support emergency preparedness and response, ensuring continuous operational readiness, including after-hours situations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of Lakeshore’s drinking water treatment facilities, ensuring safe and efficient system performance.Water Quality:Contribute as an active member of the municipality’s DWQMS team,
