CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking an experiencedTurnkey and Custom Automation Account Managerto oversee strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and expanded business. This role required a proactive, relationship-driven qualified dedicated to customer success and company growth. You will work closely with customers and internal team members to deliver innovative solution and exceptional customer support. This position reports to the Custom Machinery Sales Manager.What we’re looking forAct as the primary customer contact for turnkey and custom automation equipment.Manage customer accounts from quotation to on-going development.Collaborate with the Estimating Department to deliver custom machinery proposals.Lead technical presentations and respond to customer inquiries.Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.Track proposals, assess status, and evaluate win probability.Support project launch and resolve commercial issues.Responsible for day-to-day input and maintenance of CRM system.Available for travel to customer sites when required within Canada, USA & Mexico.What You BringDegree/diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical,
