OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Network Solution Architect to join our client's high-performing enterprise architecture and infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a senior networking professional who combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and has a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise network solutions WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: Design and deliver enterprise-scale network solutions across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and security domains.

Develop and maintain network architecture standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.

Lead network modernization, transformation, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

Design highly available and resilient network infrastructures, including disaster recovery solutions.

Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Ensure network solutions meet security, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, designers, and engineering teams.

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, network diagrams, and technical standards.

Work closely with vendors and service providers to support strategic initiatives. WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB: 5+ years of experience in Network Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Infrastructure Design roles.





Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies and protocols, including: TCP/IP

BGP

MPLS

QoS

IPv4/IPv6

OSPF

VPN technologies Experience designing enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions.

Robust understanding of network security principles, firewalls, segmentation, and secure connectivity.

Experience with high-availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery architectures.

Familiarity with network design, modeling, and documentation tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

One or more industry-recognized networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS/JNCIP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent.

Cloud networking certifications such as Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer are considered strong assets.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud networking in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.

Experience with SDN technologies, SASE, Zero Trust, and network modernization initiatives.

Knowledge of network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, or Bicep.

Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.

TOGAF certification is considered an asset.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network transformation programs.
