Blackstone Homes is a premier home builder, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality living environments. We’re currently seeking a Full Time Showhome Host (Sales Associate) for one of our new Show home.

As a Show Home Host, your duties include:

- Be the front line to potential clients of Blackstone Homes
- Greeting Customers, answering questions, taking calls
- Educate and inspire potential clients on the Blackstone Homes difference
- Following up with client concerns and questions throughout the entire sale cycle
- Creating sales action plans to sell spec. inventory
- Marketing material preparation and well versed in social media
- Research and analyze the competition in the new home sales market
- Maintain tidy and clean sales center
- Participate in weekly sales meeting

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or new home sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software.




- Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational expertise.
- You are able to work evenings and weekends during standard show homes hours.

Compensation:

Base Salary commission structure

Show Home Hours:

Monday - Thursday - 3 pm to 8 pm

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays - 12 Noon to 5 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
