Take on a vital role as Community Health Nurse for the Flying Dust First Nation, directing health programs including immunization, diabetes care, and family health. Work hand-in-hand with the Community Development Team to promote health improvements across the community. This position focuses on providing comprehensive in-home nursing and clinical services, with a robust emphasis on community education and well-being.

You’ll monitor and support individuals with chronic and mental health conditions while leading health promotion initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver clinical services through in-home nursing
- Educate community members on health-related topics
- Implement immunization programs and communicable disease control
- Collaborate with community development initiatives
- Supervise and guide Home Care staff effectively Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred
- Registered and certified by CRNS
- Required valid Driver’s License
- Practical Nursing Diploma essential
- Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses Enhance community health while leveraging your nursing expertise at Flying Dust First Nation.
