Profile Description Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through the provision of protected quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing

Experience
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years recent nursing experience related to the clinical program area.
- Previous leadership experience is required.

- Works independently, effectively and cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge in principles of adult education

Other Education & Training
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
- Comparable degree in education/adult learning may be considered.
