Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the facility to assure safety and order
• Attend to participants, encouraging their engagement
• Offer crisis support and intervention when necessary




• Facilitate and plan enriching program activities
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience in providing mental health and support services
• Skills in crisis de-escalation and intervention
• Familiarity with community health support service models
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a diverse team
