You'll perform various tasks while supporting both residents and the construction team in multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general carpentry including drywall and framing
• Undertake minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist in cabinet installation and painting tasks
• Provide handyman service in apartments and job sites
• Relay maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager
Requirements:
• Valuable command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs
