The Saskatchewan Cancer
Agency is looking for a dedicated Oncology Clinical Assistant to assist with patient care in a variety of oncology and hematology settings. You will work under experienced Oncologists, participating in assessments, treatment planning, and service coordination. This position offers a unique prospect to impact patients’ lives positively. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage adult oncology inpatients
- Collaborate with oncology teams for patient evaluations
- Conduct physical examinations and order tests
- Assist with chemotherapy and systemic therapy prescriptions
- Provide necessary after-hours support on call Requirements:
- Medical degree from recognized international university
- Completion of Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Exam part one
- Valid ACLS or similar program certification
- Satisfactory interview and reference checks
