Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operater 6 to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality components and assemblies. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. Responsibilities

- Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machinery using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and CNC programming techniques to optimize production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication of parts.
- Use Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate machine functions effectively.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform welding, assembly, and packaging tasks as needed to complete finished products.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols, including forklift operation when necessary.
- Assist in warehouse operations by managing inventory,



handling materials with forklifts, and supporting shipping/receiving activities.
- Use SolidWorks for part design review or modifications when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

Experience

- Proven experience operating CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls, PLC systems, and CNC programming is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, welding, and machining processes.
- Knowledge of CAD software like SolidWorks for design or modification tasks.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Experience in quality control procedures using calipers, micrometers, or other measurement tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety standards.
