In this role, you’ll work closely with our Manager, performing inspections to ensure that cleaning services adhere to outlined standards. You’ll lead by example, providing coaching and delegating tasks to support cleaning staff, ensuring every client visit is met with professionalism. Proactive communication will be key to resolving service issues and maintaining operational excellence.
