Join OrganOx as a Senior Electronics Design Engineer and take a lead in designing electronic systems for life-saving medical devices. This position offers on-site work in Oxford with flexible collaboration options. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electronic subsystems, from design to production handover, while also guiding junior engineers through technical challenges.
This role requires hands-on experience in analogue and digital design, with a robust emphasis on compliance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the design and development of electronic subsystems
- Create and review detailed schematics and PCB layouts
- Participate in cross-functional architecture decisions
- Conduct design verification including testing for compliance
- Mentor less-experienced engineers and contribute to reviews Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in electronics design
- Familiarity with medical device standards is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with laboratory test equipment
