Royal Rehab & Wellness Centre is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Oakville, and we are looking for a motivated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an osteopath looking to step into an established clinic with patient demand already in place. We currently have an existing caseload and strong opportunities for internal referrals, so the right practitioner can begin building a busy schedule quickly.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive osteopathic assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient presentation, goals, and clinical findings
- Provide hands-on osteopathic manual therapy
- Educate patients regarding their condition, recovery,



mobility, posture, lifestyle, and self-management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally with patients and other healthcare providers
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other clinicians when appropriate
- Participate in internal referrals and multidisciplinary patient care
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centred clinic environment
- Assist with patient education, workshops, community outreach, and clinic initiatives when appropriate

Qualifications

- Graduate of a recognized Osteopathic Manual Practice/Osteopathy program
- Member in good standing with a recognized skilled association
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centred and professional approach
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Motivated to grow and maintain a strong caseload

Compensation

Competitive contractor compensation based on experience and availability.

Schedule

Flexible part-time opportunities are available, with the potential to increase hours as your caseload grows. Evening and/or weekend availability is considered an asset.
