Key Responsibilities: • Operate snowplows and combo units for road clearing • Maintain cleanliness and perform minor repairs on equipment • Complete daily hours and safety records • Perform inspections and track maintenance issues • Report fuel and fluid needs for equipment

Requirements: • Off-road and winter driving experience required • Valid Class 1 or 3 license with clean driving record • First Aid Training certification essential • Willingness to work flexible schedule, including on-call • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
