This is a part-time contract position that may grow in hours over the course of the school year, depending on student needs and EA skillsets.Location:Telkwa, BCGrades:6-9Schedule:10-20 hours per week, adaptable during school hoursAs the Education Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include:Supporting the behavioural and academic needs of students, providing mentorship to the whole personEncouraging positive study habits and life skillsDifferentiating learning based on student ability and learning stylesCollaborating with the Case Manager and the parent to support personalized learning opportunitiesAssisting in carrying out IEP goals, working alongside the broader student support teamWe are looking for someone with the following qualities:Background working in Education, EA Support, Behaviour Intervention,
