About the Role

Donald's Fine Foods is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a newly created position covering our Metro Vancouver territory. This role takes over an existing base of clients while building new business through prospecting and territory development.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing client base
- Build and execute a territory plan to win new accounts
- Prospect through field visits, referrals, calls, and events
- Diagnose customer needs, present solutions, quote, and negotiate
- Close current business and manage onboarding through the first several months
- Report on market trends, competitor pricing, and lost-business reasons
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Supply Chain on pricing and availability

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of B2B outside sales, territory development, foodservice, or wholesale distribution experience
- Experience selling meat, food, or perishable products strongly preferred
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills




- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel regularly within the territory
- Post secondary education in business, marketing, or hospitality preferred but not required with relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year
- Mileage reimbursement for travel
