OverviewWe 're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help define and shape the user experience across our marketplace and subscription products, reporting directly to the founders. This role blends creativity and problem-solving — you 'll be responsible for turning complex workflows into intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, user-obsessed, and motivated to create impactful designs that get shipped quickly. You 'll have full ownership of design projects end-to-end, working closely with product and engineering to ship designs that touch hundreds of thousands of users.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full design lifecycle from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI deliveryTranslate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant product experiencesCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to scope and prioritize design solutionsCreate wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design decisionsMaintain and evolve a consistent design system to ensure scalability and cohesionAdvocate for the user experience while balancing business prioritiesIterate quickly on designs based on user data, feedback,
